    Our core mission when we started was to be an asset to our community as the one stop shop that provides affordable services and custom computers that met the needs for individuals and businesses.    

    We are a trained Microsoft Partner currently working to serve You our Valued Customers and prospective customers. We have been in Business Since March 2003 as a custom computer builder for Business needs, Consumers and Gamers, also offering repair and servicing for Business and Consumers.

    We have offered consulting services planning, networking design/ implementation & Servicing, support for various software packages from a multitude of Companies. With a focus on Small Business needs including Microsoft Office 365 (M365) cloud services which make the small biz present themselves better.

    One of our core services has always been the Remediation/ Removal and Prevention of Computer Viruses, Malware, Spyware and yes, even Ransomware. 

    We have been performing our services onsite and in-shop and have augmented our offerings with a Remote Monitoring and Management Service over 6 years ago, not only for Businesses but for Consumers (with a focus of helping older Customers). We included from the start FREE 15 minutes a week of Remote Phone Support and offer a reduction in our Hourly rate for using our RMM Service.

   We have always offered total from the ground up Website design, setup, updating and upgrading plus webmaster services for businesses.

My Background:

    Working with electronics since age 12 - First as a Ham radio novice and further electronics training in high school, the U.S. Navy & Marine Corps Aviation Electronics Technical Schools (both as a student and as a D.O.D. certified Instructor) and further studies in College with my Majors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. I have total of (9+) years as an instructor for Avionics (Aviation Electronics), Electronics and Computer theory and applications. I taught at the Naval Air Technical Training schools in Memphis Tn. for four years and another five years (after my honorable discharge from the Marine Corps) at the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics in Pittsburgh Pa.
   Working with computers - I have worked with computer maintenance, programming, and building from the time I was in the technical training schools in the military and have continued this training and hands on experience since with college, industry training & online courses.
   I am proficient with many Operating systems encompassing DOS up to Windows 11, Windows Server and many programs from Microsoft Office Including Access Databases, Visual Basic, VBA, SQL Server, Visual Studio, HTML, XML, ASP and Cloud Computing.
   I worked at Marconi (formerly Foresystems) as their Worldwide Corporate Quality Data Systems Data Analyst and Quality Information Systems Database developer/designer. My Database experiences include data mining, warehousing and corporate quality reporting (electronic, paper and web based) with Oracle, QMS, Remedy and SQL Server with MS Access, Excel and other business intelligence software such as Cognos.
   I have, as a matter of choice & by experience, stayed with the predominant Windows based programs available. I have also custom built many computers and networks over the years including business/home networks.
  I have worked in many different aspects of general businesses including a high-tech start-up, Semi-Conductor Wafer: Electrostatic Chuck manufacturer as the Operations Managing Engineer. I performed all duties to ensure day to day operations, hiring, training, production, scheduling, designing, production bids & proposals for the Chip manufacturing industry.
